Publication evidence, mapped
Nebula renders a body of literature as a navigable structure. Instead of ranking results for a keyword, it lays the papers out by relatedness so you can see the shape of the evidence: which areas are dense, which are thin, and what sits in between.
How it works
- A corpus is curated, then mapped. The current public corpus is the mesenchymal stem cell secretome literature: about 60 papers across eight clusters — general secretome & extracellular vesicles, osteoarthritis/cartilage, cardiac/MI, COVID/lung/ARDS, neuro/SCI/ocular, liver/hepatology, kidney/renal, wound/skin.
- Spatial distance means topical relatedness. A force-directed layout places related papers near each other; edges represent keyword co-occurrence and reference overlap.
- Every paper is traceable. Selecting one opens its metadata with an abstract summary and a DOI link out to the publisher.
- The corpus is exportable. Bake the current view as static JSON, or download the corpus and edge list as a ZIP with a README.
- It runs in the browser. WebGL via three.js; no map data round-trips to a server to explore.

Cost and privacy
Free of charge and browsable without an account. No advertising, no third-party tracking, no analytics; one strictly-necessary local storage entry records your consent choice. Building a custom evidence map signs you in.
